Christian Sylvester has more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of HR, recruitment, leadership, and technology, and throughout his career has helped shape how HR can work smarter. He has played an active role in several pivotal industry developments—from the introduction of online job portals in Denmark and the adoption of social media in HR to today, where artificial intelligence is a game changer for HR and leadership.
Christian is founder of Sylvester & co and Nordic HR People, and he advises, teaches, and inspires HR leaders, boards, and organizations on how to apply AI responsibly and value-creating in practice. His approach is business-oriented, pragmatic, and human-centered, with a focus on turning potential into action.
He has been behind Danish and Nordic HR and HR Tech conferences since 2012, training thousands of HR professionals through courses, workshops, keynotes, and networks. Following a pandemic-related pause, he relaunched his conference work in 2026 with the HR AI Conference 2026 (Denmark focus), also as the initiator of the HR AI Network.

Heidi Lindeholm Fogtmann is an independent management consultant with extensive experience in strategic HR and leadership consulting from large organizations and consulting firms. Most recently, she spent eight years at PwC, first as an experienced HR Business Advisor and then several years in PwC's audit practice serving C25 and Top-200 companies as part of the leadership team and Head of Strategy & Projects, responsible for strategic business and organizational initiatives.
Over the years, Heidi has worked closely with partners, boards, owner-managers, HR leaders, and Senior HR Business Partners at the intersection of HR, organization, and business. She brings a consistently business-driven approach to HR, grounded in the organization's concrete situation, priorities, and decision-making context—and in how HR best creates value in partnership with leadership and the board.
She also has extensive experience facilitating networks, dialogue forums, workshops, and confidential leadership conversations, where conversation quality, case relevance, and shared reflection are central.
In recent years, Heidi has developed an increasingly hands-on focus on AI, technology, and smarter workflows—and how new tools can be concretely translated into better decisions, more efficient processes, and a stronger leadership foundation. She is completing a Mini MBA in Artificial Intelligence in spring 2026, focused on strategic and operational application of AI in organizations.

Martin Bøgelund Arvidsen is Talent Acquisition Lead at Columbus and CCO at AnalytixHire, with over 10 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition and HR in international organizations. Martin is passionate about digitalization, data, employer branding, and leading global TA teams at organizations including DFDS, itm8, Topdanmark, PFA Pension, GN, Ecolab, and Nokia. He is data-driven, collaborative, an experienced knowledge communicator with strong networking abilities, and holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Business Studies from Roskilde University (RUC). He is certified in a wide range of HR and assessment tools and has published numerous articles on employer branding, technology, and HR over the years.
David is Group Senior Director, HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital at Knauf and brings a strong background at the intersection of technology, HR strategy, and transformation. He has previously worked at Google, served as COO at Graduateland, and is co-founder of SimplyJob, which gives him a solid understanding of both digital business models and technology-driven development. He also brings international experience in HR strategy, HR technology, talent acquisition, and digital HR solutions, where he has worked to connect business, people, and transformation in practice.
