Why Nordic HR AI Network was created?
AI is not HR’s problem to solve alone. It’s HR’s opportunity to lead.
But here’s the reality: if HR doesn’t transform its own role first, it can’t guide the organization. HR leaders need to make strategic choices about AI. Senior HR Business Partners need to advise leaders on organizational consequences, not just HR processes. TA leaders need to assess real value in recruitment without sacrificing quality or fairness. HRIS and Technology Leads need to navigate vendors, data, governance, and integration—with a critical eye, not just compliance.
This is not a generic network. We built separate working rooms for different functions because their challenges are different. Each track has its own logic, dilemmas, and learning goals. Each is a confidential peer forum where people at the same level work on real cases—not a course, not a conference, not a place for vendors to pitch.
We call it a network. But it’s really a place to learn need2have HR AI skills, work, decide, and act together.
One platform. Four tracks. Different decision-making spaces.
HR AI Network is part of Sylvester & co’s broader ecosystem for AI in HR and Talent Acquisition.
This means that as a member, you don’t just participate in a single network. You become part of a larger professional platform with:
- targeted networks for different HR roles
- shared learning logic and confidential peer discussions
- access to Nordic HR AI Summit
- connection to content, community, conferences, courses, and further learning
The ambition is not just to inspire. The ambition is to strengthen decision-making competence, implementation power, and real application of AI in HR.
Learning loop: network ↔ annual HR AI conference
HR AI Network is built as a recurring learning cycle.
The network meetings start from the participants’ concrete practice. Here we work with cases, shared learning goals, experiments, and experience sharing.
The insights and questions that arise in the networks are actively used to shape the conference agenda. And the conference in turn provides new fuel for the work in the networks through keynotes, cases, methods, and frameworks.
The purpose is simple: To move from hype to bottom line.
Annual cycle: from conference to implementation
HR AI Network follows a clear annual rhythm.
The year starts with the Nordic HR AI Summit in January, where participants receive input in the form of keynotes, cases, tools, and methods.
Following this, the network groups work systematically through five meetings:
- Operationalizing themes and cases
- Experiments and learning
- Calibration and value creation
- Sharing best practice
- Synthesis and agenda input
Each meeting creates progress. And each meeting sends signals about what the next conference should focus on.
The network groups thus operationalize the conference’s input – and directly influence the content of next year’s agenda.

The four professional HR AI tracks
HR AI Network consists of four independent professional tracks, so dialogue, cases, and peer discussion always take place between professionals with the same responsibilities and the same type of decisions.
You participate in the track that matches your function and your decision-making space.
