Some would suggest that the battle lines are already drawn between man and machine with non-techies suffering as casualties of war. No matter which theory of tomorrow proves true, there is the constant of work and how we as recruiters can best prepare for it. So, how do you source for a world run by robots and automation? Jim Stroud, Global Head of Sourcing and Recruiting Strategy at Randstad Sourceright, ponders sourcing and recruitment strategies for our rapidly changing techno culture in a most unusual way.
