For the first time Sylvester & co is organizing
Nordic HR Tech Day 2018!

Due to the technological movement in HR and recruitment departments, there has been a need for innovative thinking of the HR function. In addition, there is an increasing tendency for technology utilization to support recruitment, retention, development and settlement activities.

Therefore, Sylvester & co decided to organize Nordic HR Tech Day, focusing on the latest technology solutions and systems for HR professionals. At the conference you will learn how to make the HR function more data driven, and eventually cheaper,
better and more efficient.

The conference will take place March 14 2018, and we are continuously working on the program. Stay tuned on our website where we are going to update the program with  keynote speakers, track leaders and sponsors.

The conference will be held at ARoS in Aarhus, which is one of Northern Europe's largest art museums. There is room for 150 participants, and you can sign up by writing an email to or via the registration box on this site.
