Employee advocacy is a relatively new concept that has emerged in the digital industry in recent years. This is basically about strengthening the company's or organization's brand in social networks with the help of employees. But employee advocacy goes far deeper than that. At the same time, it is about creating an internal culture in which it is possible to create valuable digital content, both centrally, with employees and on their own initiative. A type of content that strengthens both the employees and the company's digital brand.
The course is aimed at communication staff / responsible, social media managers, content managers, HR employees / HR Managers and CSR staff / responsible.
At the course you will be working with cases which may be your own company or a given example, as the theories will be tested on a continuous basis. It will take place in smaller groups, followed by dialogue in plenary.
Rikke Damgaard has 14 years of experience working both practical and strategic with online branding, marketing and communication both in companies and as a consultant. In recent years, she has worked specifically with how companies can succeed in delivering relevant content in users' news streams on social media. In September 2014, on behalf of Falck, she won the Language Award for "Best Text in Social Media". In June 2017, Rikke published the book: Give the word to the employees. In the book you will get tools, advice and inspiration on how to work with employee advocacy in your company.
