Heidi is passionate about recruitment. She has 10 years of experience from the HR business and has developed and implemented best practice recruitment strategies, processes and tools at Copenhagen Airport and Ramboll Oil & Gas among others.

With a strong foothold in his background and his rich experience, he gives you insight into how to analyze your recruitment function and recruitment processes. Competence-based interview technique – a course for recruitment consultants and line managers
Since 2000, Martin has worked with HR at Coca Cola, Nokia, Ecolab, and latest at GN where he was Global Recruitment Manager. His course gives you the skill to engage in competence-based interview technique as a method and a tool to avoid erroneous recruitment. If you want to achieve an understanding of competence-based recruitment and learn how to pick job relevant data when you recruit, this is the course for you!

If you cancel 14 days before the beginning of the course, a fee of 50 % of the course fee will be charged. If you register later than 14 days before the beginning of the course, the course fee will not be reduced. However, your registration can be transferred free of charge to another participant until two days before the course.
