Nordic Recruitment Day 2017 is one of the best recruitment conferences I have attended. The program was spot-on and highlighted how new technology leads to new ways of working on, which entail major changes for recruitment as industry and industry. I think that we can talk about ”disruption” here too! Networking with colleagues from Denmark and Sweden, and gaining insights into cross-border experiences were valuable in themselves. It was definitely worth taking the trip from Norway.

It is my second year of participating at Nordic Recruitment Day. As always, it’s an inspiring event with highly known figures in the recruitment scene from the Nordics but also globally. From learning about how to think like a developer when structuring your recruitment process to following Jim Stroud in his futuristic journey in recruitment. It’s fair to say that I now have some notes to follow up on when I am back at the office. Thanks for this year, and see you next year.
